We take pride in providing authentic, accurately described sports cards, memorabilia, and collectibles. Because of the nature of these items, all sales are final.
🚫 No Returns or Exchanges
All purchases made on mlcsportscardvault.com are non-refundable and non-returnable.
This policy is in place to maintain product integrity, protect collectors, and prevent handling-related damage or fraudulent swaps.
Once an order has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or exchanged.
💳 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@mlcsportscardvault.com with:

We’ll review your case promptly and determine if a replacement or store credit is applicable (at our discretion).
Please note: damage to card packaging, PSA/BGS cases, or factory seals that occurs during transit does not qualify for a refund — we always ship securely and insured.
📦 Authenticity & Condition
Every product is described accurately and verified before shipping.
Grades and authentication (PSA, BGS, SGC, JSA, etc.) are based on third-party certification services. We do not guarantee future grading results or subjective opinions on condition.
⚠️ Chargebacks & Fraud Protection
MLC Sports Card Vault strictly enforces anti-fraud measures.
Any chargeback or dispute filed after confirmed delivery will be contested with shipping and authentication documentation.
