Many products — such as graded cards, autographed memorabilia, and collectibles — are authenticated by third-party companies (e.g., PSA, BGS, SGC, JSA, Fanatics, etc.).
We do not guarantee future grading outcomes or subjective opinions of condition.

All prices are listed in USD. Product availability and pricing are subject to change without notice.
If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
We reserve the right to correct any typographical or pricing errors, even after an order has been placed.

All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and verification.
We reserve the right to cancel or limit quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.
Accepted payment methods include major credit cards, Shop Pay, PayPal, and other methods displayed at checkout.
By completing a purchase, you represent that all payment information provided is accurate and authorized for use.

We process orders as quickly as possible.
Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.
Delivery times may vary depending on carrier performance and location.
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers or customs.
All packages are shipped securely and insured whenever possible.

All sales are final.
Due to the nature of trading cards, collectibles, and autographed items, we do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges once an order has been placed.
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@mlcsportscardvault.com with photos of the item and packaging.
We will review each case individually and may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
